How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered?
Your order will be delivered within approximately 12–15 business days from the date of order. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive a tracking link within 5–6 business days from the date of order once your order is processed.
How Do I Cancel / Change My Order?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours from the date of order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Failed Delivery / Reshipping
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or failure to coordinate with the delivery partner, and the parcel is returned to us:
- We can resend the order upon request.
- Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- We cover shipping charges only for the first shipment.
